    Nomads is New England’s Largest Indoor Family Entertainment Facility.

    With over 65,000 square feet of fun there is something for children from 5 to 99 years. We offer Laser Tag, Glow in the Dark Black Light Mini Golf, Thunder-bowl Bowling, A Climbing Wall, Over 50 video/arcade and redemption games, 2 Full Size Basketball Courts, a Beautiful Billiard Room, Conference and Banquet Rooms with overhead projection screens, a full bar, a full service café and so much more.

    How do I play at Nomads

    Almost everything at Nomads operates off of our Quest Card. The cost of a Quest Card is fifty cents and can be loaded (See Chart Below) in any denomination. “Points” purchased and put on your Quest Card do not expire and you can also save your tickets won from playing games on your card to save up for that big prize. All of our adventures and games require a quest card for play. 

    Food, drink, billiards, basketball, and our Stuff a Nomad Bears cannot be paid for with Quest Cards.

    Each Point is equivalent to 25 cents

    What is a Stuff-A-Nomad?

    A Stuff-A-Nomad is a pawfect friend. We have many different options to choose from for you to create and outfits to compliment your new friend. Each of our stuff-able friends comes with a golden wishing key for you to kiss and make a wish and place inside its belly before you fill your furry friend with friendship, dreams and love. Let your host/hostess know if you would like to add this option to your party – if you are at Nomads for a day of fun you can always let one of our guest services representatives know you would like to Stuff-A-Nomad and he or she will be happy to help you.

    What are Nomads' party costs and options?
    You can check date and time availability and book your party online at your convenience by clicking the Reservations tab in the Private Parties Tab on our Home Page. If you wish to speak to someone please call (860) 290-1177…..Calls are returned Tues – Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm.

    How far in advance should I book my party?

    Friday, Saturday and Sunday times fill up fast so it is advisable to book 2 months in advance to reserve your party. Nomads will always try to accommodate even the most immediate need with an available time slot.

    How do I book a party?

    You can make a party reservation on our web site or you can call us to discuss your needs so we can help you choose the perfect party plan. We require that you pay a $50.00 deposit with a credit card or cash at the time of booking. The balance and any extras you purchase can be paid for the day of the party. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or cash.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    A $50.00 deposit is charged at the time of booking. If you cancel 14 DAYS prior to your party date, you can transfer your deposit to another date in the next 12 months. If you cancel less than 14 DAYS before your scheduled party, you will loose the deposit even if you reschedule. As always, we will strive to work with you on any cancellation. If Nomads deems it necessary to close due to weather, or any other reason, we will make every effort to reschedule your party at the next available time. If we cannot accommodate you we will refund your deposit.

    Can I bring my own food, drinks, or decorations into Nomads?

    You need to bring your birthday cake and candles IF YOU HAVE A SCHEDULED PARTY – Only guests that have made a reservation are allowed to bring cake into Nomads. No outside food or drink may be brought into the facility. We do have a full service kitchen and café if you would like to order additional food or drink for your guests. The party rooms are tastefully decorated. Please do not tape or tack up any decorations that may harm the paint on the walls and do not bring silly string, confetti, or piñatas. You are allowed to bring in your own mylar balloons or you can buy assorted primary color latex balloons from Nomads.

    What is the schedule for the party and will I have help with my party?

    Each of Nomads' parties begin with 1 hour in the private party room during which your dedicated host/hostess will serve your pizza and drink of your choice. Your host/hostess will also help with the serving of the cake and help you make sure the guests of your party are organized and having fun. After you are through with the pizza, cake and presents if you choose to open gifts at Nomads, your host/hostess will get you started on your adventure. Once your adventure begins we will clean up the room for you.

    How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?

    Everyone, including the party family should arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled party time. This will give your host/hostess time to greet you, show you your room, and to help you with taking care of your balance due and to get the Quest Cards for your party guests. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early as we need time to prepare your room for you after the previous party has begun their adventure.
