Terms and Conditions for “Win Your Weight in Wings” Promotion1. Eligibility

• The “Win Your Weight in Wings” Promotion is open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry with valid email address.
• Employees, immediate family members, and affiliates of Nomads Adventure Quest and Revolutions are not eligible to participate.
• 2. Promotion Entry
• To enter, individuals must sign up for the Nomads newsletter during the promotional period.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted.
• 3. Quarterly Prize
• One winner will be selected quarterly (every three months) from Nomads and Revolutions to receive “their weight in wings.”
• The weight of the winner will be determined at the discretion of Nomads and Revolutions management.
• The wings will be provided in a single order or may be split into multiple sessions, as agreed upon by both parties.
• Wings are available in select flavors offered at Nomads and Revolutions.
• 4. Grand Prize
• At the end of the year, all quarterly winners will be entered into a grand prize drawing to win a 2-hour private party at Nomads or Revolutions.
• The private party will include access to bowling, arcade games, and other attractions as defined by Nomads and Revolutions.
• The private party must be scheduled on a mutually agreed date and is subject to availability.
• The private party is limited to a maximum of 30 guests.
• 5. Prize Redemption
• Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified, or the prize may be forfeited.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
• 6. Promotion Period
• The promotion runs from March 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025.
• Quarterly winners will be announced on the first business day following the end of each quarter.
• The grand prize winner will be announced by January 15th of the following year.
• 7. Privacy
• By entering this promotion, participants agree to allow Nomads & Revolutions to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• 8. Liability
• Nomads & Revolutions reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.
• Nomads & Revolutions is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other issues beyond its control that may affect participation in the promotion.
• 9. Acceptance of Terms
