HOW DO I PLAY AT NOMADS? Almost everything at Nomads operates off of our Quest Card with points. Activate a Quest Card for $3 and receive $2 in points to start the fun. Your card can be loaded with any amount of points. Points are $0.25 each and never expire. You can also save any tickets won from playing games on your card to save up for that big prize. All of our adventures and games require a quest card for play. Food, drink, billiards, basketball, and our merchandise cannot be paid for with Quest Cards. Adventures require closed toe shoes.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY PARTY? Friday, Saturday and Sunday times fill up fast so it is advisable to book 2 months in advance to reserve your party. Nomads will always try to accommodate even the most immediate need with an available time slot, however one week notice is required to assure all accommodations.
HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY? You can make a party reservation on our web site by clicking the link below titled "Book a Party!" or you can call us at 860-290-1177 to discuss your needs so we can help you choose the perfect party plan. We require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit with a credit/debit card or cash at the time of booking. The balance and any extras you purchase can be paid for the day of the party. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or cash.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of booking. If you cancel 14 DAYS prior to your party date, you can transfer your deposit to another date in the next 12 months. If you cancel less than 14 DAYS before your scheduled party, you will lose the deposit even if you reschedule. As always, we will strive to work with you on any cancellation. If Nomads deems it necessary to close due to weather, or any other reason, we will make every effort to reschedule your party at the next available time. If we cannot accommodate you we will refund your deposit.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD, DRINKS, OR DECORATIONS INTO NOMADS? IF YOU HAVE A SCHEDULED PARTY you need to bring your own birthday cake and candles. Only guests that have made a reservation are allowed to bring cake into Nomads. No other outside food or drink may be brought into the facility. We do have a full service kitchen and café if you would like to order additional food or drinks for your guests. The party rooms are tastefully decorated. Please do not tape or tack up any decorations that may damage the paint on the walls. Silly string, confetti, and piñatas are not allowed. You are allowed to bring in your own mylar balloons or you can buy assorted primary color latex balloons from Nomads for $1.50 each.
WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR THE PARTY AND WILL I HAVE HELP WITH MY PARTY? Each of Nomads' parties begin with 1 hour in the private party room during which your dedicated host/hostess will serve your pizza and drink of your choice. Your host/hostess will also help with the serving of the cake and help you make sure the guests of your party are organized and having fun. After you are through with the pizza, cake and presents (if you choose to open gifts at Nomads), your host/hostess will get you started on your adventure. Once your adventure begins we will clean up the room for you.
HOW EARLY SHOULD EVERYONE ARRIVE PRIOR TO THE PARTY? Everyone, including the party family should arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled party time. This will give your host/hostess time to greet you, show you your room, and help you with taking care of your remaining balance due and to get the Quest Cards for your party guests. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early as we need time to prepare your room for you after the previous party has begun their adventure.
